Effect of solvent and carbon black species on the rubber–carbon black interactions studied by pulsed NMR

摘要: The spin–spin relaxation time T2 and the fraction of short component for composites natural rubber with carbon black prepared under various conditions have been measured by pulsed NMR. Effect swelling a solvent (CCl4), species (SAF, HAF, SRF) different surface areas, initial loadings (35, 50, 70 phr) determined. Molecular motion in phase not immediate vicinity increases rapidly increasing concentration, yet it is still slightly restricted compared to alone. On other hand, molecular immobilized layer around that are affected solvent. This indicates strong restriction polymers at surface. For estimation thickness layer, necessity using an appropriate measure area accessible polymer molecules pointed out. degree immobilization do vary appreciably nature or loading black.
