摘要: Blocking artifacts are exhibited by block-compressed still images and sequences of images, primarily at high compression ratios. These due to the independent processing (quantization) block transformed values intensity or displaced frame difference. In this chapter, we provide a survey literature on removal such artifacts. We also apply hierarchical Bayesian paradigm reconstruction discrete cosine transform compressed estimation required hyperparameters. The evidence analysis within is used derive expressions for iterative evaluation these parameters. proposed method allows combination parameters estimated coder decoder. performance algorithms demonstrated experimentally.
