摘要: The voltage-dependent inactivation of a volume-regulated Cl− current (VRChlC) in an epithelial (T84), and B cell myeloma (RPMI-8226) lines were compared. Both types exhibited similar time when recorded using standard whole patch technique, with NaCl external solution that was ∼90 mOsm hypotonic to the Cs-Glutamate internal solution. course fit by sum slow, dominant faster voltage-independent components. Recovery from approximated single exponential process dependent on recovery voltage. major difference cells shifted ∼30mV more depolarized value than T84 although effective charge movement similar. These results indicate macroscopic these two is functionally
