摘要: Three kinds of free fasciocutaneous flap from the posterior calf region have been described in literature: medial sural perforator flap, lateral and traditional that is supplied by superficial cutaneous vessels. Moreover, it has reported vessels are a suitable size for microanastomosis when deep musculocutaneous perforators absent or relatively tiny. To establish safe technique elevation region, we examined number location at their origin popliteal artery six formalinized cadavers. We found all legs had least one either artery. By contrast, failed to find three legs, there was no significant inverse relationship between diameter perforators. Our results suggest might be surgeon's first second choice, respectively. The should third choice because our study suggests its availability doubtful. Another site recommended, preoperative Doppler existence doubt. Two clinical cases, with respectively, presented.
