摘要: The medial sural artery supplies the gastrocnemius muscle and sends perforating branches to skin. possible use of these musculocutaneous perforators as source a perforator-based free flap was investigated in cadavers. Ten legs were dissected, topography significant vessels on both lateral muscles recorded. A mean 2.2 (range, 1 4) noted over muscle, whereas only 20 percent specimens perforator moderate size muscle. from clustered about 9 18 cm popliteal crease.
