摘要: Waveguide confined Raman spectroscopy (WCRS) incorporates a fibre based detection system in microfluidic platform enabling the spectroscopic of analyte. It offers possibility to develop portable, alignment free devices for bio-analyte sensing with minimal sample preparation. Ultimate sensitivity is limited by auto-fluorescence background. Here we report enhanced combining WCRS continuous wavelength modulation technique. We used urea as model analyte and parameters have been optimized maximize device.
