摘要: Abstract We have investigated the effect of maternal pinealectomy between 104 and 120 days gestation on daily rhythm in plasma prolactin concentrations ewe, foetus newborn lamb. There was a 24 h present both intact (n = 4) pinealectomized ewes. Plasma were highest at 2100 (i.e. 2 after lights off) until least before delivery. The mean foetal concentration significantly higher (P<0.001) (35.3 + 1.9 mug/1) than group (6.9 +/- 0.6 mug/1). significant timing peak (2100 h) same foetuses During first 10 weeks birth there time day but profile different lambs delivered to ewes In pinealectomy, 1900 2300 0700 1100 h, whereas ewes, 0100 1500 1700 h. conclude that ontogenesis lamb is not dependent melatonin signal from ewe.
