摘要: summary Knowledge of the isotopic composition in precipitation is importance for studies using as hydrological tracers to investigate recharge sources groundwater, hydrograph separation, and paleoclimate reconstruction. In catchments with vegetation cover, major water isotope inputs are throughfall instead precipitation. Thus, it necessary know how much altered by canopy, this alteration varies different covers. However, few have examined these issues continuous monitoring typical covers South Australia. study, we stable over two surfaces (pine plantation native eucalyptus forest), bulk samples collected from September, 2009 October, 2010 an average 18-day interval, together intra-event at a nearby location, February, 2013. We synthesized conceptual framework including effects selection inter-event selection, partial evaporation d 18 O d-excess. The results indicate that processes, either within individual events, or between both, contribute covers, less important but observed evaporation. Pine site denser cover has experienced larger composition. significance difference compositions groundwater sources, separation reconstruction also discussed. 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
