摘要: Molecular studies on the replication of paramyxoviruses have undergone a revolution in recent years due to development techniques that permit manipulation their genomes as cDNA. This has led new information structure-function organization viral proteins involved genome expression, well dissection cis-acting template sequences regulate transcription and replication. Studies using recombinant viruses also provided insights into role accessory (V, C, M1/M2) both for virus growth cultured cells pathogenesis animals.
