摘要: Polyurethane foams which are highly flame resistant described, as well the production of such polyurethane by reaction between a natural polyol, sucrose or blend mono- disaccharides in place standard hydrocarbon-based polyol component, polyisocyanate and water presence suitable forming catalyst non-halogenated retardant, optionally one more components surfactants and/or emulsifiers. The resultant foam has bio-based solid content ranging from about 17% to 30%, may be formulated variety densities for applications, exhibits high degree fire burn resistance, exhibited spread index, flash over resistance determination, smoke values.
