摘要: Abstract Instructions are given for the construction of a charchoal-containing catridge that allows rapid recirculation through charcoal any fluid in which cartridge is submerged; recirculatory flow achieved by magnetic stirring bar placed under cartridge. The device can be used to accelerate destaining electrophoresis gels and remove SDS (sodium lauryl sulfate) from gels. removal prior staining essential with Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250.
