摘要: Abstract The Henry's law region of the adsorption isotherms for a series n-alkanes on cotton cellulose and wood fibers has been studied by gas chromatography. On fibers, three thermodynamic functions at zero surface coverage were determined. A linear relationship between standard free energy, enthalpy entropy, number carbon atoms was found. Attempts made to estimate London contribution energy from results infinite dilution. method based increment per CH2 group in desorption, normalized unit area methylene group, is reasonable agreement with other estimates.
