摘要: Forced ignition with glow plugs has great potential for the utilization of alcohol fuels in diesel engines. However, installation may cause misfiring or knocking parts operating range. This paper presents an analysis factors influencing characteristics ethanol a plug-assisted engine; these be classified into two categories: related to temperature history droplets before contact plug, and those probability contact. By optimizing factors, combustion difficulties were successfully eliminated over whole range, engine performance comparable conventional operation was achieved.
