摘要: Nowadays, heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90), a highly conserved molecular chaperone, has become the target of antitumor drugs as result its close relationship with occurrence and development, biological behavior, prognosis tumor. Autophagy attracted big attention recently for paradoxical roles in cell survival death, especially pathogenesis treatment cancer. Moreover, it been verified that Hsp90 plays role autophagy via regulating stability activity signaling proteins, some inhibitors can induce autophagy. However, underlying mechanisms these important processes have not clarified so far. In this study, we focus on regulation autophagy, such toll-like receptor (TLR)-mediated Ulk1-mediated mitophagy, chaperone-mediated (CMA). The cancer therapy will also be elucidated.
