摘要: This study attempted to determine whether postprandial hypotension (PPH) is associated with diabetes mellitus by 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24-h ABPM) and during 75-g oral glucose tolerance test (75-g OGTT) in 15 normal subjects 35 patients non-insulin-dependent mellitus. When we defined PPH as a decrease systolic of greater than 20 mmHg, the incidence diabetics was 37% ABPM 20% OGTT. The proliferative retinopathy proteinuria those without PPH.
