摘要: The interpretation of medical approaches, especially therapy, evolved rapidly in the last century. Starting from simple description symptoms, we moved to pathophysiological descriptions, evidence-based medicine, until so-called “precision medicine”. This latter can be defined as a structural model aimed at customizing healthcare, with decisions/products tailored on an individual patient highly detailed level. In this sense, allergen immunotherapy represents optimal medicine”, since know and describe function, aetiological agents molecular level, have possibility intervene natural history disease. If considered under point view pharmaco-economy, that is prescribing treatment right patient, almost-ideal precision medicine.
