摘要: HOXA transcript antisense RNA myeloid-specific 1 (HOTAIRM1) is a long non-coding that has been shown to be key regulator of myeloid cell development by targeting HOXA1. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are heterogeneous population immature possess immunosuppressive function. However, the impact HOTAIRM1 on MDSCs remains unknown. In this study, we demonstrated was expressed in and overexpression could downregulate expression suppressive molecules MDSCs. addition, levels were observed decreased peripheral blood lung cancer patients compared with those healthy controls. By analyzing different types cancer, found mainly adenocarcinoma. Finally, it confirmed enhance HOXA1 high HOXA1, target gene HOTAIRM1, delay tumor progression antitumor immune response downregulating immunosuppression Taken together, study illustrates HOTAIRM1/HOXA1 downregulates function may potential therapeutic cancer.
