摘要: Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and Th17 were found to expand in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) significantly. Two subsets of MDSC, polymorphonuclear (PMN) mononuclear (MO), detected their ratios varied during the development CIA. The depletion MDSC vivo resulted suppression T-cell proliferation decreased IL-17A IL-1β production. adoptive transfer restored severity cell differentiation. MDSCs on day 35 amelioration without reaching a significant difference. Furthermore, from CIA mice had higher production promoted expansion peripheral blood rheumatoid (RA) patients was correlation with increased disease activity DAS28. These results support hypothesis that may play proinflammatory role pathogenesis RA by inducing an IL-1β-dependent manner.
