摘要: The cytoplasmic polyribosomes of HeLa cells have a broad spectrum sizes. larger structures contain the largest mRNA, while smallest mixture large and small mRNA. Evidence is presented that this distribution mRNA represents steady state in these many molecules are therefore incompletely loaded with ribosomes. transit time newly synthesized molecule into polysomes found to be less than seven minutes, implying little or no pool preformed destined enter polyribosomes.
