摘要: After a careful clinical investigation (anamnesis, analysis of stomach secretion, X-ray tests, esophagoscopy with biopsies) 45 patients axial hiatus hernia and 20 healthy volunteers no radiological signs reflux, manometric the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) was performed. The tests applied were: (1) 3-point manometry for measuring reflexive pressure increase in LES after abdominal compression (2) continuous withdrawal method before intravenous injection 0.6 µg/kg pentagastrin (LES test). According to results obtained by all methods applied, could be divided into two groups. Group I consists 12 moderate symptoms essentially normal pressures reactions LES. II comprises 33 more severe symptomatology such as evidence reflux (33), stenosis (3) or esophagitis esophagus (17), hyperacidity (5), insufficient reaction (29), reduced maximum an abnormally low response (19). Essentially means test, group subdivided IIA, normal, IIB significantly response. There good correlation between exhibition other parameters tested. Thus, it shown that LES-pentagastrin test contribute further differentiation, which is important respect therapeutic consequences assist better understanding pathophysiological basis disease.
