SUMMARY pylori: review of physiologic and patologic aspects.Helicobacter is spiral-shaped bacterium, that lives only in the human stomach. Although relationship bacillus epithelium has been since ancient because most population colonized, about infected people develop certain diseases, including duodenal ulcer, stomach lymphoma In recent decades, research on increased, little by little, dazzled more pathophysiology this organism, as presence involved pathogenicity cagA, sabA thereby indicating just completely harmless but neither major pathogen epithelium. Through to cover some aspects their benefits host pathological processes can trigger actions. 2011;24(3):275-82).Key Words: Peptic ulcer. Lymphoma Lymphoma. B-Cell. Marginal Zone.
