摘要: The most important factor associated with the etiology of gastritis and peptic ulcer is Helicobacter pylori. It also has been implicated in described alterations gastrinsomatostatin-acid relationships. In this work we investigated prospectively changes gastric acid secretion observed after a triple therapy for H. pylori eradication bismuth, tetracycline furazolidone. Patients non dispepsia H.pylori chronic were investigated. An upper GI endoscopy basal pentagastrin stimulated tests performed. A 2nd. Secretory test was done at 5 (Group l) 14 days II) starting antibiotic therapy. Results. 27 patients Acid concentrations values both groups increased significatively conditions compared to initial results, drugs. Stimulated output had an increase. Conclusion. induces early increase parameters. Factors involved change are probably inflammatory mediators such us 1-Interleukin, as 5th day complete bacterial not probably. Presence lower rates could be cancer it can induce overgrowth deserves further epidemiological investigation.
