摘要: The quality of microstructure, created on polycarbonate (PC), by using hot imprint process and changing vibration parameters is investigated in this paper, order to reveal the best option further successfully apply research industry. Earlier it was revealed, that high frequency excitation, with usage vibroactive pad, made from aluminum piezoceramic (PZT-4) positively affects microstructure. Now, when working regimes are known necessary find out which them influences microstructure best. Thus experiment, holding all constant, only modes, already known, carried out. After experiment qualitative analysis, optical microscope performed.
