摘要: 1. Six subjects were trained using a one-leg bicycle exercise for 2 months. The untrained leg served as control. After the training period, muscle oxidative capacity, determined succinate dehydrogenase activity, was 27% higher in (as opposed to control) (P < 0·05). 2. When this situation performed 1 h two-legged submaximal bout (150-225 W), determinations of VO2 single (leg blood flow × (A—V)O2 difference) revealed that they appeared choose work harder with their than leg, so make relative loads two legs same. 3. Determinations O2 and CO2 on femoral arterial venous demonstrated R.Q. lower compared 0·91 cf. 0·96 (10 min) 0·94 (50 0·05). 4. That metabolism fat more pronounced further supported by finding significant net uptake free fatty acids only. Moreover, release lactate from demonstrated. 5. It is suggested shift towards function an increased capacity.
