摘要: A novel in situ core@shell structure consisting of nanoparticles Ag (Ag Nps) and AgI agarose matrix (Ag@ AgI/agarose) has been synthesized as a hybrid, order to have an efficient antibacterial agent for repetitive usage with no toxicity. The is very well characterized by XRD, UV-visible, photoluminescence, TEM. detailed studies including cycles are carried out on Gram-negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) bacteria saline water, both dark exposure visible light. hybrid could be recycled the activity nontoxic toward human cervical cancer cells (HeLa cells). water insoluble Ag@AgI forms good coating quartz, having mechanical strength. EPR TEM Ag@AgI/agarose bacteria, respectively, elucidate possible mechanism killing bacteria.
