摘要: Abstract Particle size distribution (PSD) and particle shape information collected during Lagrangian spiral descents balloon ascents through 13 midlatitude 6 tropical ice clouds are analyzed to investigate the relationship between cloud optical depth in visible wavelengths (τυ) water path (IWP). Although this sample is small, it far larger than number of samples used earlier studies has added benefit that contains data from top bottom layers, averaging 3 km geometrical thickness. Furthermore, observed habit directly investigation, rather assuming habits one a pristine types.
