摘要: Nutrigenomics promises personalized nutrition and an improvement in preventing, delaying, reducing the symptoms of chronic diseases such as diabetes. Nutritional genomics is study how foods affect expression genetic information individual individual's makeup affects metabolism response to nutrients other bioactive components food. The path those has significant challenges, from experimental designs that include analysis heterogeneity complexities food environmental factors. One more complications developing knowledge base potential applications analyze high-dimensional datasets genetic, nutrient, metabolomic (clinical), variables influencing health disease processes. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) used illustration challenges studying complex phenotypes with nutrigenomics concepts approaches.
