摘要: Continuing professional development as it is pursued through the interacting paradigms of reflective practice and action research can be facilitated disciplined use non-judgemental discourse. A framework for such purposeful interaction, cooperative development, has been established face-to-face among TESOL professionals some time. It now extended into computer-mediated communication via e-mails instant-messenger. An example each analysed, highlighting continuing importance affective considerations in both personal pedagogic aspects a teacher’s development.
