[Effect of clozapine and risperidone on serum cytokine levels in patients with first-episode paranoid schizophrenia].

摘要: OBJECTIVE To study the effects of clozapine and risperidone on serum cytokine levels in patients with first-episode paranoid schizophrenia, explore role cytokines psychopathological basis illness. METHOD Fifty-eight schizophrenia were treated either or risperidone, before at end 4th, 8th weeks 6th months after medication respectively, interleukin (IL)-6, 2, 18,and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)alpha measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The Positive Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate psychotic symptoms.
