摘要: Fascioliasis is a zoonotic infection caused by Fasciola hepatica. Because of population migration and international food trade, human fascioliasis being an increasingly recognised entity in nonendemic zones. In most parts Asia, hepatobiliary sporadic. Human this trematode has two distinct phases: acute hepatic phase chronic biliary phase. Hepatobiliary mostly associated with intense peripheral eosinophilia. addition to classically defined fascioliasis, some cases may have overlap these phases. Chronic liver abscess formation rare presentation. We describe surprise case who presented us without eosinophilia, presentation especially non-endemic
