摘要: Abstract The roles of the qa-1F and qa-1S regulatory genes Neurospora in modifying chromatin structure two qa structural have been studied by mapping DNase I hypersensitive sites isolated from wild-type, qa-1F− (non-inducible) mutants, qa-1Sc (constitutive) qa-1S− activator protein-independent mutants qa-2 (qa-2ai). 5′ region qa-x increase number sensitivity upon induction transcription with quinic acid. Both mutations are associated alterations region, latter resulting common 5′-flanking these being accessible to I. qa-1F+ genotype is correlated increased cleavage −200 −88 qa-2, a previously implicated regulation RNA polymerase II access promoters.
