摘要: In the present study we analyzed effects of bilateral microinjections muscimol (a GABAA agonist) and baclofen GABAB into nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) on bradycardic pressor responses to chemoreflex activation (potassium cyanide, 40 μg/rat iv) in awake rats. Bilateral (25 50 pmol/50 nl) NTS increased baseline mean arterial pressure (MAP): 119 ± 8 vs. 107 2 mmHg ( n = 6) 121 103 3 6), respectively. Muscimol at 25 nl reduced response 5 min after microinjection; with was 5, 15, 30, 60 microinjection. Neither dose produced an effect chemoreflex. Effects (50 basal MAP were prevented by prior microinjection bicuculline antagonist, NTS. (12.5 increase [137 9 108 4 7) 145 105 7), respectively], no changes heart rate, response; only attenuated activation. The data show that receptors produces a significant reduction response, whereas We conclude 1 ) but not plays inhibitory role neurons lateral commissural involved parasympathetic component attenuation may be due inhibition sympathoexcitatory or secondary large baclofen.
