Dietary behaviour in psoriatic patients.

摘要: Abstract Two hundred and nineteen psoriatic in-patients 747 non-psoriatic subjects were asked to report in a semiquantitative, self-administered questionnaire on the frequency of consumption different foodstuffs cooking seasoning fats daily intake alcohol (glasses/day) coffee (cups/day). According this definite score was assigned each 46 food items, which divided into five groups: carbohydrates (CH), low-fat foods (LFF), high-fat (HFF), saturated (SF) polyunsaturated (PUF) grams/day calculated. The mean scores for group means (grams/day) (cups/day) compared two groups, after age-adjustment through ANOCOVA. Psoriatic patients showed higher HFF SF males CH, HFF, PUF females both sexes. These dietary habits could explain prevalence metabolic abnormalities patients.
