摘要: Sress research has concentrated on the presence of negative conditions as a source stress and largely ignored reactions that result from lack positive conditions. In an attempt to demonstrate seriousness this omission theory, for samples students (N = 84) professionals 205) absence life work features were each related experiences tedium satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Two hypotheses proposed: are (1) both significantly satisfaction/dissatisfaction (2) independent other. The confirmed except in case satisfaction/dissatisfaction, which was only features.
