摘要: The HIV-1 Tat protein is released by infected cells and has numerous biological activities which might contribute either to the impairment of immune response or viral dissemination pathogenesis. To date, effects on metabolites remain unclear. In this study, a metabolomic study serum Tat-induced ICR mice was performed research pathologic mechanism using gas chromatography coupled mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Clear separations among inaTat-induced control were observed principal component analysis partial least-squares discriminant based GC/MS spectral data. Additionally, 16 significantly changed in identified that are involved multiple perturbed metabolic pathways, contributed elucidation complex pathogenic may shed new lights future improvement therapy.
