摘要: We tested 383 women with and 500 without cervical neoplasia for antibodies against Chlamydia trachomatis or herpes simplex virus (HSV). Exposure to both agents was related sexual activity, the highest prevalence of found in more sex partners who had first coitus at an earlier age. When subjects were matched several risk factors (age, race, marital status, parity, number partners, history venereal disease), a significant excess C cases as compared control (76.5% v 58.4%, respectively; n = 149). Because matched-pair analysis lost substantial proportion (largely because they older), linear logistic performed. This also showed antichlamydial antibody cases, estimated odds ratio approximately 2 association being case. Neither HSV type cases.
