Psychosocial Functioning in Prepubertal Major Depressive Disorders

摘要: • Psychosocial environment and relationships with parents, peers, siblings of 115 prepubertal children were measured by interview their parent(s) for the three-month period preceding assessment. The had a current diagnosis major depression (52 children) or nondepressed neurotic disorder (23) assessed to be normal (40). Most aspects psychosocial found significantly impaired in psychiatric groups. This impairment was generally worse depressives verbal affective communication parents siblings. Prepubertal depressive regularly present social relation deficits which two components can distinguished: (1) one general childhood (2) another specific depression.
