摘要: Although primary localised tumours of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) can be treated relatively successfully with surgery, metastatic RCC has poor prognosis because late diagnosis and resistance to therapies. In the present study, we were interested in profiling protein expression “inhibitor caspase-activated DNase” (ICAD), an apoptosis inhibitor, kidney cancer its paired normal kidney. Immunohistochemistry automated batch staining morphometry using digital pathology used compare ICAD 121 specimens their tissue. Tissue microarray formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded archival tissue was used. Intensity localisation compared between samples, against grading within cancers. The results demonstrated that, this cohort, highly expressed proximal tubular epithelium kidney, significantly decreased clear (p < 0.05) as well other subtypes 0.01) There a tendency towards nuclear RCC, but not RCC. No significant association found intensity grade summary, down-regulation occurs normally inhibits DNA fragmentation apoptosis; thus, unexpected known for apoptosis. However, these samples from primary, metastatic, sites, down-regulated may part progressive pathway that promotes metastasis.
