摘要: Natural biofilms were simultaneously grown on granite, polished andesite, polycarbonate and Plexi-glass substrata for six weeks in the Tisza River. Biofilm production abundance of algae influenced by substratum. Magnitude substratum effect was andesite < granite polycarbonate. The benthic diatom community had a high population Achnantes helvetica. Bacterial activity similar among substrates 95 different carbon sources. concentrations essential elements heavy metal pollutants (Zn, Ni, Pb Cu) highest or granite. On basis algological, bacteriological chemical investigations, as well literature data, is recommended biomonitoring river microbiota.
