摘要: Abstract A total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method was developed for elemental analysis of natural biofilms grown on polycarbonate substrates in the Lake Velence. For duration 9 weeks long growing period, two were removed weekly from lake and investigated by analytical algological methods. The biomass production achieved its highest value after 7 weeks. Ca, Sr Ti, as well Fe, Mn, K Zn showed their maximum concentrations 5 6–7 weeks, respectively. enrichment factors 6 old biofilm detected seven elements amounted to 10 3 –10 4 . recommended colonization time biomonitoring Velence is applying substrates.
