Microwave-Assisted Vapor-Phase Acid Digestion of Cellulose Nitrate Filters for Elemental Analysis of Airborne Dust Samples

摘要: Abstract A microwave-assisted vapor-phase digestion procedure was developed for microanalytical investigation of airborne dust samples collected on cellulose nitrate filters. The decomposition a filter placed in quartz microvial carried out by oxidation using mixture HNO 3 and H 2 O closed Teflon bomb. To avoid charring the temperature increased from 25 to 180°C five steps over 97 min. rate amounted 95%. Recovery Ni, V, Pb, Pt, Pd ranged 85 94%. applicability this sample preparation resulting 1 ml solution demonstrated Clark tunnel Budapest total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
