摘要: Abstract A new type closed digestion vessel was constructed for of biological samples. In this the vapour pressure can be maintained on moderated level (150–300 kPa) by means an internal cooling spiral. During operation reflux condensed acid and water continuously renews liquid phase over sample. By way a less expensive microwave system may applied. The performance instrument is practically equal to commercial systems. time plant tissue samples 5–10 min analytical results reference materials are in good agreement with values.
