摘要: The influence of CD4 + T cell nadirs on human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-specific immune responses in subjects with apparently normal counts is not known. We evaluated the frequency HIV-1-specific a cohort patients complete viral suppression (HIV-1 RNA load, <50 copies/mL) who were receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy and had wide range nadirs. found positive associations between magnitude HIV-specific CD8 (P =.02) helper =.04). These data show nadir to be an independent predictor HIV-1-infected optimal viremia.
