摘要: Using confocal scanning laser tomography, we studied the test-retest variability of topographic measurements optic nerve head and parapapillary retina in 30 patients with glaucoma normal control subjects. We obtained three independent images, separated by between one six hours, centered on head. condensed each original 256 × 256-pixel image to a 64 64-pixel image, thereby allowing realistic estimate empiric 90% confidence interval at pixel. Confidence maps generated for subject showed highest measurement along cup border blood vessels. The mean standard deviation equivalents controls were 31.20 25.94 μm, respectively. These differences statistically significant (P = .010). Variability increased age
