摘要: Abstract Acetyl esterase was produced by a bacterial strain RB3 at level of 0.59 U mL−1. The isolated from beef cattle rumen fluid under anaerobic condition, and identified as Escherichia coli. peak activity the enzyme appeared after 48 h culturing condition. optimal pH 8.0, temperature 40 °C. Km Vmax values on p-nitrophenyl acetate were 0.84 mM 0.13 mmol p-nitrophenol liberated min−1 mg protein−1 respectively. could be promoted Zn2+, Ni2+, Fe2+, K+, inhibited Cu2+, Fe3+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Co2+. Biodegradation rice stalk maize stover Pleurotus ostreatus compared. showed higher degradation rate for hemicellulose in crop residues, while P. cellulose. This indicated potential industrial application RB3, particularly utilizing renewable lignocellulose containing acetyl xylan fermentation products.
