摘要: As the awareness among gastroenterologists regarding endoscopic features suggesting eosinophilic esophagitis is increasing, individuals without symptoms of esophageal dysfunction are increasingly being found to have eosinophilia on biopsies performed during upper gastrointestinal endoscopies. However, course disease and management these asymptomatic with remain elusive. In this review, we propose a definition discuss prevalence, risk factors, specific patient group. Furthermore, established diagnostic therapeutic pathway based most recent available data.
