摘要: Because of recent agricultural policy to suppress rice production, a rather rare situation occurred in one prefecture Japan that and winter wheat were grown fields neighboring each other, being from May October, November June the next year. Grains such analyzed for cadmium (Cd) lead (Pb) by atomic absorption spectrometry, eight nutrient minerals inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. Concentrations higher grains than unpolished (without husk), similar trends observed also Cd Pb. Flour obtained milling had significantly less mother grains, reduction was treatment polished grain. Pb concentration reduced polishing rice. flour appeared be whole Comparisons between final edible forms two cereals showed K Cu may case Cd, whereas reverse Ca Fe, possibly
