摘要: We report the preparation of honeycomb-like CuO/ZnO (CZx/y) nanocatalysts with CuO nanospheres (NSs) adhered ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) for Rochow reaction. The synthesis was carried out via adsorption Cu2+/Zn2+ ions on carbon black (CB) which acted as both agglomeration inhibitor and hard template, followed by calcination in air. low cost were recovered from solid waste generated organosilane industry a simple ammonia leaching treatment. samples characterized X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning photoelectron spectroscopy, temperature-programmed reduction. as-obtained CZx/y nanohybrids had structure large voids openings among NSs. When re-used Cu-based catalyst reaction, NPs sample an optimized ratio showed significantly improved dimethyldichlorosilane (M2) selectivity silicon (Si) conversion compared prepared absence CB, discrete or different compositions, mainly due to unique structure, smaller crystal size synergistic electronic effect at interface between Cu NPs.
