摘要: Abstract Vertically aligned zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods (NRs) were successfully grown on Au/alkali-free glass substrates by chemical bath deposition (CBD) using the mixed aqueous solution of nitrate hexahydrate [Zn(NO 3 ) 2 · 6H O] and hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) (denoted “ZnNit solution”). Even if both growth time temperature constant, diameter length NRs increased with increasing concentration ZnNit solution. The ZnO from solutions high concentrations exhibited a strong near-band-edge emission their PL spectra, indicating crystalline quality. Using two different types substrate holders realizing configurations in solution, standing perpendicular to CuO surface or inclined respect normal obtained films prepared CBD copper (II) trihydrate [Cu(NO · 3H O]. experiments NRs/CuO heterostructures performed range 0.01–0.1 M. Remarkable differences between can be observed densities average diameters NRs, but not lengths NRs. This finding suggests that configuration during process is one important factors for controlling shapes as well
