摘要: The habitat relationships of four sympatric species Peromyscus ( P. maniculatus, boylii, truei, difficilis ) in northwestern New Mexico were studied. Analyses data obtained by snap-trapping, live-trapping on grids, and vegetational surveys delineated the microhabitat distributions response to structure. Subdivision type is an important mechanism coexistence these species. three-dimensional structure was not a major factor individual distributions, but measures it correlated with total number which occurred microsympatry. Mechanisms related foraging activities might enhance microsympatric are discussed. These include spatial temporal differences selection varying sizes types food items.
